New for 2019 – Milking Goat shares available. We’re a small, family-run ranch in the North Fork Valley offering goat shares and with your boarding fee you receive high-quality raw goat milk. Our Nubian cross, Valentine, provides the goods. She’s a new momma (2nd kidding) to Dory and Stella and they all graze in 2 acres of pasture most of the day. Twice a day we walk them around our 11.5 acre property as they snack on Elm, Apricot, Locust, Sumac, fresh Alfalfa, and various other trees. Otherwise, they eat only the best locally grown grass and alfalfa hay. We use a local grain and mineral source along with added Body Balance supplement.

Being only one goat we milk by hand. Cleaning and sanitizing with colloidal silver and taheebo we practice the utmost care in preparation, collection, and storage. All stainless steel buckets with lids are used in the collection process. We filter to quart jars and place in freezer for aproximately 1 hour to lock in the fresh flavor then back to fridge for holding for pick-up.
Feel free to pop on onto our LIVE GOAT CAM any time. Pro-tip We milk around 9 am ish and 7 pm ish and they go to bed around dark. Three good times to tune in to be assured some action.
Free-range chicken eggs are also available by the dozen or 1/2 dozen. Seasonal fruit is available in limited quantities featuring Mulberry, Apricot, Plums, Chokecherry, Pear and Apple. Seasonal veggies coming soon!
Our rustic ranch is also the perfect location for those who love nature. Whether you desire a peaceful getaway, magical retreat center or a place for your special event you can do it all here. We have private lodging rooms, RV sites, tent camping sites, 2 glamping converted school buses. Come to Sage View Ranch to Experience the View.
