Cedar Springs Farm offers raw milk and butter from our herd of 100% grassfed A2A2 Jersey cows. The cows are rotationally grazed over 40 acres of pasture and forest, and drink spring water directly from the source. The cows are never fed grain or given antibiotics or hormones. In the winter the herd is fed locally produced hay and alfalfa from fields that are never sprayed with chemicals. We also offer grassfed beef, pastured pork and an abundance of other high quality products.

Description

Approximate location and driving directions: We are located between Grand Junction and Fruita, North of I-70. To get to the farm, take 23 Road North from 6&50 or I-70. Follow 23 Road until it turns into L Road. Once on L Road, go about 1/2 mile to Signal Rock Road and turn North. Then take the first left which is Signal Rock Ct. Once you get to the cul-de-sac, follow the main gravel driveway for a 1/4 of a mile to the farm. Please call before coming.
;Products offered: Raw goat milk ;About our Place: We are on 37 acres on which we have Nigerian Dwarf Goats, Alpine Goats and a few mixed breed goats. The goats eat grass/alfalfa hay and the does have year round access to pasture. We use as little intervention as necessary. We do not feed our animals soy or corn products. Milking does receive a small amount of black oil sunflower seeds, linseed meal and cane molasses when milked but no starchy grains. All goats have access to mineral blocks. We are going to try to milk year-round if the goats cooperate.
